What to include
Describe the issue and, where relevant, include the workspace URL, approximate time and a redacted screenshot. Do not send passwords, API keys, OAuth tokens, database URLs or unrelated private conversations.
Sign-in and access
Use the official Orbit sign-in page. Beta access requires an invitation. A plugin installation or workspace link does not grant access to another person’s workspace.
Cancellation and refund questions
The current invite-only Beta is free and paid subscriptions are not available. To stop using the Beta, request account removal, leave a waitlist or ask about a charge, email support@haiorbit.com. See Cancellation and Refunds for the current policy.
Privacy requests
Identify the data and workspace involved. We may need to verify account ownership and authority over shared work. The Beta does not promise automatic erasure or a fixed backup-deletion deadline. See the Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
