Service and operator
HAI Orbit is operated by Fu, Chih-Chen. These terms describe the invite-only Beta workspace and its ChatGPT connection. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the service. Questions can be sent to support@haiorbit.com.
Accounts and Beta access
An invited, set-up Orbit account is required. Protect your credentials and access only workspaces you are entitled to use. Installing the plugin does not create an account, grant membership or bypass invitations. Never provide an Orbit password in a ChatGPT conversation.
Content and authorization
Submit only content you have authority to use. Imports require actual supported website content in the orbit.artifact.v1 format and explicit review and confirmation in Orbit. Raw HTML, React source, arbitrary documents and hidden ChatGPT Canvas content are not supported imports. Broader workflow illustrations do not promise those capabilities are available.
Collaboration and publishing
Only authorized users may edit, submit or review work. Owners control formal review and publishing inside Orbit. The plugin does not expose publishing, membership changes or public-sharing grants. Do not bypass access controls, extract another person’s private conversations, misuse credentials or use the service for unlawful or abusive activity.
AI results and saved versions
Review AI output and actual changes before use or publication. Saved work and version records determine the workspace state; an AI statement alone does not prove a change occurred. The service does not guarantee external image availability, automatic materialization in another host or replacement of a ChatGPT Canvas. Keep independent copies where needed.
Private chat and work retention
Proposals, shared work and version history support collaboration and restoration. Resetting your private branch can clear its chat and Undo records. Dedicated conversation-only deletion and automatic account/workspace erasure are not available in this Beta. Contact support for removal requests. The Privacy Policy explains current storage, AI processing and retention limitations.
Plans, pricing and billing
HAI Orbit provides an online workspace for AI-assisted website editing, collaboration, proposals and owner review, with a ChatGPT connection. The invite-only Free Beta costs US$0 per month. No payment details are required and joining a waitlist does not start a paid subscription. The planned Pro price is US$19 per month per AI Access seat, assigned to an individual user. The planned Team price is US$59 per month per workspace, including 3 AI Access seats; additional AI Access seats are US$15 per month each. Guests can collaborate for free; ongoing AI access requires a paid seat. Paid plans are not available for purchase. Future paid plan details will be published before purchases become available.
Cancellation and refunds
Paid subscriptions are not currently available, and HAI Orbit does not charge subscription fees during the free Beta. There is currently no paid subscription to cancel or subscription payment to refund. You may stop using the Beta at any time. To request account removal, leave a waitlist or ask about cancellation or a charge you believe came from HAI Orbit, email support@haiorbit.com from your account email address. Do not send payment card details or passwords. Account removal requests are handled as described in the Privacy Policy; stopping use does not automatically erase stored data. Cancellation procedures, billing periods and refund conditions for future paid plans will be published before purchases become available.
Commerce and third-party services
This plugin does not process purchases or payments. Beta access does not promise future paid features or pricing. Authentication, hosting, AI processing and use of ChatGPT involve third-party services, whose applicable terms and account settings remain relevant to your use of those services.
Beta availability and support
This is a Beta service. Features and availability can change, and requests can fail or produce results that need correction. No support response time or service-level guarantee is offered here. Contact support@haiorbit.com for help, access questions or requests affecting an account or workspace.
